Skill Building In addition to coursework instruction and assistance, at Scholar, students will find proprietary, skill-building programs that seek to prepare them for high school, college, and beyond. We focus on key academic areas -- namely problem solving & quantitative reasoning, written expression & argumentation, research & analysis, vocabulary expansion, and grammar. Kindergarten through 8th Grade Private tutoring is available in all subject areas for students in grades K-8, including, but not limited to: reading, math, grammar, writing, vocabulary, science, & social studies. High School & College Private tutoring is available in most subject areas for students in high school & college, including, but not limited to: analytical & creative writing, literature, research, grammar, vocabulary, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, U.S. history, European history, biology, & chemistry. |
